DEMONS NIGHT FEVER Sacrifices: Peon Detonation and Kill Skills Guide

DEMONS NIGHT FEVER sacrifices serve as your primary damage source in combat, detonating allied peons to trigger area kill skills against enemy groups. Sacrificing units also lets you drain health, reposition targets, and strengthen reincarnated troops across campaign chapters.

How Allied Sacrifices Function in Combat

Combat in this strategy RPG revolves around the peon exploitation system. Unlike traditional tactical games that reward keeping every party member alive, this system treats underlings as expendable fuel. The protagonist, killshiro katanaka, starts out exceptionally weak and deals negligible direct damage to enemies with normal physical attacks. Because basic attacks fail to dent enemy squads, sacrificing allied peons becomes the primary method to deal burst damage across the grid.

Player turns allow multiple actions from an action point pool before peons and enemies take their turns. Peons act on autonomous CPU routines and cannot be steered square-by-square. To convert peons into damage, Killshiro activates misdeed commands from his combat menu. Issuing the kill misdeed immediately liquidates an allied minion, setting off their specialized kill skills to hit neighboring tiles.

Types of Sacrificial Commands

Sacrificing peons is not limited to simple area explosions. The tactical engine provides distinct commands that expend unit life to alter board positioning and survivability.

Using the teleport command lets Killshiro instantly swap grid positions with a deployed minion. Swapping positions places an underling directly into the center of an enemy formation, allowing an immediate kill order on that unit. Another battlefield command is HP absorption, which drains health directly from an allied peon to restore Killshiro's health bar. Outside active grid fights, base management allows players to offer recruited peons as decoys during bonus recruitment, raising the odds of acquiring extra troops.

Reincarnation and Defeat Penalties

The sacrificial mechanic features a direct reward loop that encourages repeated detonations. When you kill your own underlings in battle, their souls return to the ritual matrix. Peons that fall to your sacrificial orders reincarnate with higher base stats for future fights.

There is a distinct mechanical penalty if enemies eliminate your troops instead of you. Allied peons that fall to enemy attacks are lost forever and do not benefit from automatic reincarnation strengthening. Because enemy kills permanently wipe out your units, sacrificing wounded or endangered peons before the enemy phase begins is the safer tactical choice.

Summoning Limits and Base Preparations

Battles do not provide endless reinforcements. While Killshiro can summon additional minions from reserve stock directly onto open board tiles, each encounter sets a hard limit on the total number of summons allowed. Commanders must balance deploying peons during initial formation against holding units in reserve for mid-battle detonations.

Between combat stages, players spend perverse points at the hideout to expand troop capacity and strengthen character parameters. The demonic patron, giga super death, unlocks upgrades that enhance sacrificial skills across successive chapters, turning initial peon losses into steady squad progression.
